Community Development Corporation (CDC)

Any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization engaged in some form of community-based development, as described in the CEDAM By-Laws*. These organizations may include CHDOs, CAP Agencies, etc. CDCs already a member of CDAD are automatically CEDAM members. (CDAD members simply complete form and return!)

CDC Board Member

If you are on the Board of a CDC or a qualified low-income individual, you may qualify for this reduced rate Individual membership. (Subject to verification)

Individual

Persons involved in and committed to the goals of community-based economic development.

Supporting Organization

Nonprofit organizations or other associations that, while not engaging directly in CED work, share CEDAM ’s goals. Units of government are also included in this category.

Sustaining Organization

For-profit corporations that either share our vision or partners with our members.
